Request to link an existing merchant business
Asks existing Jeko merchants (matched by owner phone) to authorize linking this service provider. Does not create a membership until the merchant approves.
Errors:
- 404
user_not_found— no Jeko user with this phone; use/business_onboarding - 409
no_owned_business— user exists but owns no business - 409
already_linked— already a service provider of that merchant (extrasis the merchant business id)
